Up to the age of 5-7 years, we believe everything we are told about life and ourselves. Sometimes we hear wonderful things and other times, the information we get from our parents and community is less than encouraging. In this four-week writing program you will explore the messages you heard and how they created your sense of being and what you believe to be true about yourself. Based on narrative therapy, creating writing, and embodiment practices.
This workshop is offered online. Zoom links will be sent prior to the first week. Participants that register will also receive a complimentary $5.00 Tim Hortons gift card.
Workshop Dates: Tuesday, January 12,19, and 26 and Tuesday, February 2 2021 from 7:00pm - 8:30 pm.
