COVID-19 NOTICE
Qlink Windsor-Essex and its partners are committed to delivering quality programming while ensuring a safe and healthy environment to our clients, staff, volunteers and visitors. To do this, we are operating under guidelines issued by the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit. We are following current safety COVID-19 safety protocols as directed by the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit and we have moved programming into a virtual format until further direction to Public Health.

2SLGBTQIA+ Counselling

(Daily Program)

FREE COUNSELLING to youth ages 12 -29 who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+

Sessions are available in-person, by phone, and secure online video. Counselling can help anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, addictions, sexuality, their gender identity, gender expression and overall wellness. Family Services Windsor-Essex is proud to offer a safer space for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community to meet their mental health needs
 

QCONNECT 
YOUTH DROP-IN

(Weekly Program for ages 17-29)

Qlink Windsor-Essex invites you to join us for the online QConnect LGBTQ2S+ Youth Drop In.This peer facilitated online program is for individuals 17-29 years of age and offers a positive space for LGBTQ2S+ youth and their allies in an online format. This group offers a space to hang out, meet new people and make connections while fostering inclusion, community belonging, positive relationships and respect for all LGTBQ2S+ people.  Groups are on Mondays and Wednesdays weekly.

TWO-SPIRIT 
CIRCLE

(Biweekly Program)

Two-Spirit Circle is a group that provides programming for Two-Spirit Indigenous individuals in Windsor-Essex by a Two Spirit individual.
 

The Two-Spirit Circle ensures that everyone attending this group will have a non-judgmental, supportive space to get together and explore your identities and what that means to you. We will do this through Sharing Circles, Traditional Teachings, music, crafts, game nights and other activities to building connection within our community of Windsor-Essex.


Group will be held Mondays biweekly at 7:00pm and are currently in an online format via zoom.

Embrace LGBTQ+ Group

(Monthly Program)

The House Youth Centre invites you to join us for Embrace at the House Youth Centre. This peer facilitated program is for individuals 14-21 years old and offers a positive space for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer and marginalized youth and their allies. Embrace will foster a supportive community through unique discussions and creative activities, to help develop relationships and resilience.
 


 

WINDSOE YOUTH CENTRE
GSA

(Weekly Program)

The Windsor Youth Centre Gender + Sexuality Alliance is a safe and positive space for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and other marginalized peoples, as well as our straight and cisgender allies.The WYC GSA meetings offer and open and confidential conversation and check-in. Each week offers unique programming. There is no cost for attending and new members are always welcome. Meetings are held Wednesdays from 5:00pm - 8:00pm.

This peer facilitated online program is for individuals 12-29 years of age and offers a positive space for LGBTQ2S+ youth and their allies to take time out of their day to get crafty and chatty! This group offers a space to hang out, meet new people and make connections while fostering inclusion, community belonging, positive relationships and respect for all LGTBQ2S+ people.
